Use the map feature to search.but choose show your location. (on the map it is the fourth choice on the right of the little circules) It has many benefits.

1. You can see all the homes in your area around you.
2. If you are looking an homes anywhere in Canada, click on it. We call it the geo locator. It will display all the homes around you, as long as they are on MLS, You can be in your car sitting in front of a home, and bingo have all the info. 
3. Sometimes you can call the agent and make an appointment on the spot. Let them know you are there if it is okay or come back if more appropriate.
4. Do this for residential or commercial.
5. Want to know the price of any property type in an address.
6. Helpful for your prospects and clients to see how much a new listing is, in their area and more...
